Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking information.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
Delivery Information
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate.
- Someone should be available to receive the package at the delivery address.
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailable recipient, re-shipping charges may apply.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
Returned items must be:
- Unused and unwashed.
- In their original packaging.
- With all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
Exchange Policy
Eligible products can be exchanged for another size or color, subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
Refund Policy
Once your returned item passes our quality inspection, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be refunded via UPI or bank transfer.
- Bank processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must instead be returned according to our return policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
