Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love every purchase from oLo. If something is not quite right, we are here to make returns and exchanges as simple as possible.
7-Day Easy Returns
Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with their original tags and packaging.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout. Depending on your bank or card provider, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Sale & Promotional Items
Items purchased during clearance sales, promotional events, or marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are damaged or incorrect.
Return Shipping
Returns are free for eligible orders unless otherwise stated. If a return shipping fee applies, it will be displayed before you confirm your return request.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, accessories, fragrances, innerwear, gift cards, and other personal-use items cannot be returned once delivered unless they are damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred size or color is unavailable, you may choose another eligible product or request a refund.
